Tarmac plc: Case Study
Tarmac plc incur high costs through having to transport low value materials large distances. The implications of Working Time Legislation on their operating costs were potentially crippling.
They needed expertise: people who could innovate a solution acceptable to their transport partners and to Tarmac. They also needed people with resilience to implement the changes needed at the coal face.
Two TeabagTalent Members were engaged over a period of 12 months to innovate and deliver the changes, working at Board Room and operating level.
